Dogs of short hair breeds would also benefit from a sweater on them when they go outside.

Secondly, finding a good sweater, made of the right materials, is important. Wool is a popular material for dog sweaters but always keep in consideration the number of times you’d expect it to be washed and if it could cause discomfort due to itching.
