February is National Pet Dental Health Month and Veterinaire Pet Care of Jersey City would like its clients to be aware that their pet’s dental health is just as important as their physical health. We’ve put together a list of 10 reasons why you should take care of your pet’s teeth including pet dental health facts and tips, the benefits dental care provides for your pet, and the risks poor dental hygiene could bring to your pet.

• A pet with healthy teeth equals a pet with better breath.

While you’re at it, ask the vet to see if the pet is healthy and needs any changes in its exercise regime and diet. If yes, then you will have to make the arrangements.
